Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
House consider the Senate message (page 4253) on the following at

     "An Act relating to nonindigenous fish."

             SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 309(RES) am S                                     
     "An Act relating to nonindigenous fish and consecutive

**Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that                                     
Representative Moses be excused from a call of the House for the                                    
remainder of this legislative day.  There being no objection, it was so                             
ordered.                                                                                            
                                                                                                    
Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate                                    
amendment to CSHB 309(JUD) am, thus adopting SCS CSHB
309(RES) am S, and recommended that the members vote yes.
